Recently, the Alliance Recruitment Fair for Fiscal Management Graduates of General Universities in Shaanxi Province for the Class of 2026, along with the National General Universities Graduate Recruitment Fair for Trade Services and Consumer Goods Industry (Shaanxi Session), was held at the Chang'an Campus of Xi'an University of Finance and Economics. The Municipal United Front Work Department organized key enterprises from our city to participate in the event.

This activity focused on strategic emerging industries such as optoelectronics and semiconductors, as well as advanced manufacturing. The event featured 11 quality enterprises from the industry, including Junmei Jingwei Circuit Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Riyuexin Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Yuteng (Tongchuan) Semiconductor Co., Ltd., and Shaanxi Injie Semiconductor Co., Ltd. These companies strategically released various job openings in research and development, production, and management based on their development plans, covering both technical talent and graduates in financial management, thereby providing diverse employment options for university students. Additionally, it built an efficient platform for enterprises to reserve core talent.

It is reported that the Municipal United Front Work Department will leverage the advantages of the united front by continuing to focus on talent demands in key industries, deepening collaboration between government, enterprises, and educational institutions, and establishing more quality talent introduction platforms to provide strong talent and intellectual support for the modernization of the industrial system in Tongchuan and to promote high-quality development.
