此次宣派的末期普通股息为每股0.06元人民币，公司预设的港元派发金额调整为每股0.0688港元，汇率基准为1元人民币兑1.14668港元。股息派发时间表明确：除净日为2026年6月4日，股权登记日及记录日期为2026年6月11日，最终股息将于2026年7月10日正式派发。为符合获发股息资格，股东须于2026年6月5日下午4时30分前递交股份过户文件。
根据公告中的代扣所得税安排，非居民企业股东（非中国内地登记地址）将按10%税率预扣企业所得税；通过港股通投资的内地个人投资者及证券投资基金，将按20%税率代扣个人所得税，而内地企业投资者获派股息时公司不予代扣，由企业自行申报。
