On 13 February 2026, China Frontier Technology Group (formerly known as Wisdom Sports Group) convened an Extraordinary General Meeting in Hong Kong, where poll voting was adopted for all resolutions. The total number of issued shares was 190,294,200 at US$0.0025 each.

According to the poll results, shareholders approved the resignation of Infinity CPA Limited as the existing auditor, followed by the appointment of Prism Hong Kong Limited, both with 27.00 million votes (100.00%) in favor. Prism Hong Kong Limited will serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting. No shareholders abstained or voted against the resolutions.

All Directors were either present in person or joined via telephone conference. The company stated that the relevant changes took effect immediately after the conclusion of the Extraordinary General Meeting.
