与此同时，SCCL作为CCI的唯一股东，与ThaiNamthip Holdings Limited（TNH）在同日订立了CCI股份买卖协议，向TNH出售CCI 30%的股本（260,020,890股），成交价格约为2.211亿美元（折合约17.246亿港元），并以现金支付。该交易已于签署当日完成交割。交割后，TNH将间接持有越南附属公司30%的特许资本，CCI及越南附属公司继续作为太古股份有限公司的非全资附属公司。

公告还指出，上述终止越南股本转让协议构成原先少数权益出售条款的重大变更，因此遵循香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第14.36条发布公告。根据公告资料，CCI股份买卖协议不构成须予公布交易或关连交易。公告强调，新安排旨在配合简化相关投资结构。
