OOH Holdings Limited has submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged throughout the month.

The authorised share capital continues at 7.20 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing HKD 72.00 million. Issued shares stood steady at 720.00 million, and the company held no treasury shares. There were no share issuances, cancellations, repurchases, or transfers during the month.

OOH Holdings affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, indicating sufficient free-float liquidity in the market.

No equity-linked instruments were outstanding or created in July. Specifically, the 2016 Share Option Scheme showed zero options outstanding or granted, and the company reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other share issuance arrangements. Consequently, potential dilution from outstanding equity instruments is nil.

With no movements in share capital or equity instruments, OOH Holdings enters August 2026 with an unchanged capital structure of 720.00 million issued ordinary shares.
