Qianwen has announced it will continue to invest in "AI services," allowing users to order various daily services with a single command, enjoying both convenience and instant discounts.
By 2026, "services" are becoming a new focus in the global AI industry. Companies like Google and OpenAI have also prioritized investments in AI-driven services. In China, AI is already entering real consumer scenarios. During the recent Spring Festival, Alibaba’s Qianwen processed 200 million real orders, indicating that AI services are becoming part of everyday life.
According to an insider from the Qianwen app, AI services can lower the barrier to usage for the general public, stimulate potential demand, and transition AI from an occasional novelty to a daily tool. Additionally, in complex real-life scenarios, AI continues to improve its understanding of human intentions, unlocking more possibilities for technological advancement.
