作为过去几个月来持续进行的战略选择审查的一部分，ZIM 董事会收到了多家战略合作伙伴提出的收购公司所有已发行普通股的竞争性提案，目前正在评估这些提案，重点是为公司所有股东创造重大价值。
ZIM董事会还收到了一份由公司首席执行官兼总裁Eli Glickman和Rami Ungar共同拥有的实体提交的修订版收购方案。经慎重考虑，ZIM董事会认为该方案严重低估了公司价值，并通知该管理层主导的实体，其修订方案已被拒绝。
战略评估目前已进入后期阶段，其中包括对潜在价值创造方案的考虑，例如出售公司、资本配置和潜在回报机会，目标是最大限度地提高股东价值。
本次审查或收到的提案并不能保证会达成任何交易，ZIM 董事会也不打算在达成协议或审查完成之前提供任何进一步的更新。
