On 16 September 2026, Bank of Zhengzhou Co., Ltd. announced the formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, aligning with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paper-less listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023.
Key points:
• Scope of documents: Digital distribution will cover directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
• Access channels: From now on, both English and Chinese versions of every corporate communication will be posted on the Bank’s website (www.zzbank.cn) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be sent automatically.
• Action required from shareholders: – To receive actionable corporate communications by email, shareholders are requested to submit a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. – If no email address is provided, the Bank will continue to send only actionable corporate communications in hard copy. – Shareholders preferring printed copies of all future communications must mark the option on the reply form or email BankofZhengzhou.ecom@computershare.com.hk; this preference will remain valid for one year unless revoked or updated.
• Enquiries: For questions, shareholders may contact the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, on +852 2862 8688 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 HKT).
The initiative is part of the Bank’s transition to a greener, more efficient information-sharing model and brings its practices in line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s enhanced electronic communication standards.
