ISP Global Limited announced a refreshed board composition and committee lineup, effective 31 March 2026.

The board now comprises four Executive Directors—Chairman Cao Chunmeng, Chief Executive Officer Han Bing, Choon Shew Lang and Mong Kean Yeow—alongside one Non-Executive Director, Qiu Yingming, and three Independent Non-Executive Directors, Zheng Xiaorong, Yan Xiaotian and Tang Chi Wai.

Committee leadership has also been realigned: • Audit Committee: chaired by Independent Non-Executive Director Tang Chi Wai with members Zheng Xiaorong and Yan Xiaotian. • Remuneration Committee: chaired by Independent Non-Executive Director Yan Xiaotian with members Han Bing and Tang Chi Wai. • Nomination Committee: chaired by Chairman Cao Chunmeng, joined by Choon Shew Lang, Zheng Xiaorong, Yan Xiaotian and Tang Chi Wai.
