LEGEND STRAT (01355) announced that all conditions of the placement have been fulfilled, with completion taking place on September 25, 2025. A total of 199 million placement shares (representing approximately 16.66% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company following the allotment and issuance of the placement shares) have been successfully placed to no fewer than 6 placees at a placement price of HK$0.063 per placement share in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement.
