Wuhan YZY Biopharma Co., Ltd. (YZYBIO-B) reported a change in its supervisory structure effective 15 May 2026. Employee representative supervisor Dr. Shi Jian has resigned for personal career-development reasons. The company confirmed that Dr. Shi holds no disagreements with either the Board of Directors or the Supervisory Committee and that no matters require shareholder attention in relation to his departure.
Concurrent with the resignation, the general meeting of employee representatives elected Ms. Fang Lijuan—currently deputy director of the Antibody Platform Department—as the new employee representative supervisor for the second term of the Supervisory Committee. She joined Wuhan YZY Biopharma in 2011 after earlier roles at Guangzhou Hanfang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Her academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology and a master’s degree in Biology from Guangdong Pharmaceutical University.
The company stated that Ms. Fang currently holds no other directorships, bears no material relationships with major stakeholders, and has no shareholding in YZYBIO-B as defined under Hong Kong listing regulations. The Board expressed appreciation for Dr. Shi’s contributions during his tenure.
