OSL GROUP (00863) announced that the special mandate subscription has been completed on October 2, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the special mandate subscription agreement. A total of 47.518 million new shares have been successfully subscribed by Crown Research at a special mandate subscription price of HK$14.90 per share. The net proceeds from the special mandate subscription amount to approximately HK$708 million.
