Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Limited (QC7.SI) said on Mar, 13 2026 that it is pursuing an active mergers-and-acquisitions programme in Australia, Thailand, Singapore and China to accelerate regional growth.

The company’s capital position was bolstered by a 130 million Singapore dollars note issuance under a 500 million Singapore dollars multicurrency debt programme announced in Aug, 2025, with proceeds earmarked for organic growth and acquisitions.

In Australia, Q & M is conducting due diligence on a potential strategic investment in a network of more than 40 clinics employing about 120 dentists. Management targets the build-out of roughly 400 clinics in the country over the next five years through acquisitions, partnerships and organic openings.

In Thailand, the group is reviewing opportunities focused on aesthetic and other higher-value dental services as part of its Southeast Asia expansion strategy.

Within its home market of Singapore, Q & M is evaluating the full acquisition of a well-known domestic dental operator. The contemplated deal includes a profit guarantee of up to 34 million Singapore dollars over five years and 15-year service agreements with the sellers. The group has set an internal goal of expanding its Singapore network to about 300 clinics within five years.

Q & M added that Tsao Pao Chee Group has transferred its shareholding in the company to related entity IMC Dynamic Investments Pte. Ltd. and that Hareesh Nair, chief investment officer of Tsao Pao Chee Group, will be nominated to Q & M’s board at the next annual general meeting.

In China, expansion will be driven by subsidiary Aoxin Q & M Dental Group Limited, where Q & M intends to raise its equity stake. The group is in talks with several Chinese dental groups to add scale and capabilities and noted that its proposed additional share subscription in Aoxin was announced on Mar, 03 2026.

Management said the current due-diligence workstreams in all four markets underpin its confidence in delivering sustainable growth through disciplined deal execution and subsequent integration.
