Bauhaus International Reports Stable Share Capital and Full Public Float Compliance in June 2026 Monthly Return

HONG KONG, 2 July 2026 — Bauhaus International (Holdings) Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, amounting to HKD 200.00 million. No increase or decrease was recorded.

Issued share capital also remained flat. As at 30 June 2026, Bauhaus International had 367.38 million ordinary shares in issue, all fully paid and none held as treasury shares. There were no movements from the preceding month in either issued shares or treasury shares.

The issuer confirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), maintaining a public float of at least 25 percent of its issued share capital.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or newly issued during the reporting period, and the company reported no other movements affecting its share capital. The filing was submitted by Tricor Investor Services Limited, acting as branch share registrar.
