Ever Harvest Group Holdings Limited announced a senior management transition effective 15 July 2026. Mr. Yu Ho Ming has resigned from his positions as Company Secretary, Financial Controller and Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. According to the filing, Mr. Yu has no disagreement with the board and is unaware of any matters that should be brought to shareholders’ attention.

Concurrent with the resignation, the board appointed Ms. Chu Man Ting to the same three roles—Company Secretary, Financial Controller and Authorised Representative—effective on the same date. Ms. Chu brings more than 18 years of experience in auditing, accounting, company secretarial work and financial management, and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The board expressed gratitude to Mr. Yu for his past contributions and extended a welcome to Ms. Chu. As of the announcement date, Ever Harvest’s board comprises three executive directors (Mr. Lau Yu Leung, Mr. Lau Tak Fung Wallace, Mr. Lau Tak Kee Henry), one non-executive director (Madam Tong Hung Sum) and four independent non-executive directors (Mr. Lo Wan Sing Vincent, Mr. Lam Lo, Mr. Lee Ka Lun and Mr. Kam Eddie Shing Cheuk).
