Dexin Services Holds Issued Share Base Steady at 917.88 Million in June; Public Float Remains Above 25% Threshold

Dexin Services Group Limited reported no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 July 2026.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised capital stayed at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million. • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) remained unchanged at 917.88 million. No treasury shares were outstanding at month-end.

Public Float Compliance Dexin Services confirmed its public float met the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement as of 30 June 2026.

Equity Incentives and Other Instruments • Share option scheme: No options were outstanding or exercised during the month; the scheme still permits issuance of up to 100.00 million shares. • No warrants, convertible securities or other share-issuance agreements were in effect.

Share Repurchases Pending Cancellation The company continues to carry 35.59 million previously repurchased shares that have not yet been cancelled. These shares were bought back in transactions executed on 29 May 2024 and 29 May 2025 at prices ranging from HKD 0.76 to HKD 1.80 per share.

Liquidity Impact With no new shares issued, no treasury shares held or transferred, and public float compliance affirmed, Dexin Services’ equity structure and shareholder dispersion were stable through June 2026.
