CTF Services (00659) Publishes 2025 AGM Agenda Including Final Dividend, Bonus Issue, Share Option Amendments, and NWD Cap Revision

CTF Services Limited (00659) has issued a circular dated 24 October 2025 announcing its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 18 November 2025 in a hybrid format. Key proposals include the re-election of retiring directors, the declaration of a final dividend of HK$0.35 per share for the year ended 30 June 2025 (with a scrip alternative), and a bonus issue of one new share for every ten existing shares to qualifying shareholders. The record date for these entitlements is set at 24 November 2025.
