Lygend Resources & Technology Co., Ltd. (Lygend Resources) announced that it has submitted the “Prospectus of A Share Offering (Submission Proof)” to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 30 June 2026, marking a substantive step in its planned initial public offering and listing of A shares on the exchange’s Main Board. The prospectus is now publicly available on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s official listing review website.

The proposed A-share issuance remains contingent on approvals from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), and other relevant regulators. As a result, there is no assurance the transaction will ultimately proceed to completion.

Lygend Resources has released multiple disclosures on the initiative dating back to 30 May 2025, with subsequent updates on 21 November 2025, 31 December 2025, 30 April 2026, and 26 June 2026. Two shareholder circulars issued on 5 June 2025 and 3 December 2025 also addressed the contemplated listing.
