湾区发展（股票代码：00737）6月1日发布股份购回公告，董事会提议于即将召开的股东周年大会上授予回购股份的一般授权，拟回购不超过于决议通过当日公司已发行股份（不包括库存股）总数10%的股份。根据公告，湾区发展当前已发行股份总数为3,081,690,283股，故本次授权最高回购规模预计可达308,169,028股。
湾区发展表示，上述购回计划的资金将主要来自公司可合法用于回购股份的运营资金，相关举措符合开曼群岛法及香港联交所《上市规则》等适用法律。《上市规则》显示，公司在回购股份时将执行必要的合规程序。
公司指出，董事会认为实施股份回购将有助于提升股东回报、优化资本结构，有望进一步支持公司长远发展。这项回购授权尚需获得股东批准，将于2026年6月24日（星期三）上午11时在香港举行的股东周年大会上表决。
公司同时披露过去十二个月股价最高水平为2026年2月的每股2.01港元，最低水平为2025年6月的每股1.73港元。目前，湾区发展（00737）于香港联合交易所主板上市。
