Toyoda Gosei to Invest 9.3 Billion Yen in New Indian Auto Parts Plant

Toyoda Gosei is set to invest roughly 5.76 billion Indian rupees (equivalent to 9.3 billion yen) in the construction of a new automotive components facility in Maharashtra, India.

The upcoming plant will manufacture both exterior and interior vehicle parts, including bumpers and instrument panels, alongside safety-critical components such as airbags and steering wheels.

Operations at the new site are scheduled to commence in the first half of 2029.
