Daphne International Holdings on 10 April 2026 announced that its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular and notice, proxy form, and standalone 2025 ESG Report are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.daphneholdings.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who hold Daphne Int’l shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other nominees are encouraged to provide functional email addresses to their intermediaries. If no email or postal address is passed to the company via HKSCC Nominees, no separate hard-copy notification of future corporate communications will be issued.

Investors preferring hard copies can complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the pre-paid mailing label. Printed versions will be supplied free of charge upon receipt of the request. Submitting the form will also serve as an instruction to receive all future corporate communications in the selected printed language.

The ESG Report for 2025 is available exclusively in electronic format, underscoring Daphne Int’l’s commitment to environmental responsibility and cost efficiency.

For enquiries, shareholders may contact Tricor’s customer service hotline on (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
