AIM Vaccine Announces Resignation of Independent Non-Executive Director

AIM VACCINE (06660) has announced that Ms. Wen Jie has resigned from her positions as an independent non-executive director, a member of the company's audit committee, a member of the remuneration and assessment committee, and a member of the nomination committee due to changes in her work arrangements. Her resignation will take effect upon the election of a new independent non-executive director by the company's shareholders at the annual general meeting scheduled for June 10, 2026. Following Ms. Wen's resignation, and pending the approval of a special resolution to amend the articles of association regarding an increase in the number of board members at the annual general meeting, the board has resolved to nominate Ms. Liu Ling as an executive director. Additionally, Mr. Ouyang Hui and Mr. Shao Weicai have been nominated as independent non-executive directors of the company. Ordinary resolutions for their appointments will be presented to shareholders for consideration and approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
