Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Group Corporation Limited announced that its board, at the third meeting for FY2026 held via teleconference on Apr, 16 2026, approved the proposal to appoint Ms. Zhai Shuping as an independent director for a three-year term.

Ms. Zhai, born in Sep, 1975, holds a Doctorate in Economics from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at that university’s School of Accounting. She has previously served as an independent director at Tianjin Great Wall Binhai Automotive Finance Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Gutian Automation Co., Ltd.

The appointment is subject to shareholders’ approval at the company’s upcoming annual general meeting for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.
