理想汽车-W（股票代码：02015）于2026年7月3日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于2026年7月2日回购1,183,822股A类普通股，占回购前已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的约0.0679%。本次回购的每股价格介于5.955美元至6.19美元之间，合计耗资约716.93万美元，回购股份将列作库存股份。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）总数为1,741,438,943股，库存股份总数为66,984,726股，合计股份总数维持在1,808,423,669股。上述回购基于公司于2026年5月29日通过的购回授权，该授权可回购股份总数为214,280,424股，迄今公司已累计于香港联交所或其他证券交易所回购47,393,386股，占授权通过当日已发行股本总额的约2.2117%。
公司同时表示，本次回购过程严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他适用法规的相关规定。公告由联席公司秘书王扬签署。
