PC Partner (01263) declined nearly 6% in late trading session. As of press time, the stock was down 5.71% to HK$5.95, with trading volume reaching HK$35.43 million.

On the news front, PC Partner recently announced that the company submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 12 for voluntary withdrawal of its shares from the HKEX Main Board. Following the delisting from HKEX, the company will retain its existing primary listing status on the Singapore Exchange. As of the announcement date, the company maintains dual primary listings on both HKEX and the Singapore Exchange.

According to public information, PC Partner is the world's second-largest GPU graphics card manufacturer. Its primary business involves designing, developing and manufacturing graphics display cards, while also providing manufacturing services for renowned computer brands worldwide. The company's Zotac brand serves as NVIDIA's global core AIC (Add-in-Card) partner.

PC Partner's interim results showed that first-half revenue reached HK$6.355 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 28.5%. Profit attributable to owners of the company was HK$250.4 million, up 29.0% compared to the same period last year.
