SHANGHAI GROWTH (00770) announced that, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, Guocheng Certified Public Accountants (Guocheng) has been appointed as the company's auditor, effective from December 5, 2025. The appointment fills the vacancy left by the resignation of Ernst & Young and will remain in effect until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
