万裕科技2025年度营收微增 毛利显著提升但股东应占溢利下滑

万裕科技于截至2025年12月31日止年度实现收入约16.49434亿元（较2024年上升2.3%），毛利约2.73398亿元（上升10.5%），每股资产净值约港币323.87，较上年度增长3.0%。股东应占溢利约0.0625亿元，同比减少20.1%，每股盈利为港币1.31，也相应下降20.1%。

制造、销售及分销电子元件业务在报告期内产生约16.49434亿元收益，毛利率约16.6%。另外，投资板块及相关收入贡献0.04856亿元，当期其他收益及（亏损）净额主要受投资物业公允值变动及汇兑差额等因素影响。经综合财务支出及行政开支后，集团经营溢利录得约0.59898亿元，最终导致股东应占溢利同比下滑。

报告指2025年行业环境出现经济波动与贸易趋势升温等情况，全球市场对小型化、高效率和多元化功能的电子产品需求依然强劲，并在人工智慧、储能解决方案及电网应用等新兴领域存在潜在增长空间。管理层计划在核心领域持续投入研发，加强自动化及多元化电子元件的产品组合，并通过成本管控、优化生产流程及合理资源配置稳固竞争优势。集团同时关注资本支出和财务稳健性，力求维持适度现金流与合理负债率。

董事会建议截至2025年12月31日止年度不派末期股息（2024年：每股普通股0.49港仙），以便将资源进一步用于相关业务的长期布局与研发，并在复杂市场环境中寻求持续增长契机。
