中国圣牧有机奶业有限公司（01432）8月4日公告称，公司因未能维持香港联交所上市规则第13.32B条规定的最低公众持股量，被认定为上市规则第13.32F条所界定的“公众持股量严重不足”公司。公告指出，如公司未能在上市规则第13.32G(3)条规定的期限——即2028年2月2日或之前——恢复符合最低公众持股量要求，联交所将取消其股份上市地位。
自2026年8月5日09:00起，公司H股在联交所买卖的英文股份简称将由“CHINA SHENGMU”变更为“CHINASHENGMU-PF”，中文股份简称将由“中国圣牧”变更为“中国圣牧-PF”。公司股份代号保持不变，仍为“01432”。
公司表示，当其能够向联交所证明并公告披露已重新符合上市规则第13.32B条规定时，股份简称中的“-PF”标记将被移除。
公告提示投资者在买卖中国圣牧股票时须保持审慎，因公司当前公众持股量不足的情况仍未解决。
