Acme International releases AGM circular on share mandates, board refresh, auditor re-appointment and proposed name change

Acme International Holdings Limited issued a circular dated 21 May 2026 that is now available on the company’s website (www.acmehld.com) and on HKEXnews. The document contains the following proposals to be tabled at the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM):

1. Renewal of general mandates to issue and buy back shares, together with an extension of the share-issuance mandate. 2. Re-election of retiring directors. 3. Re-appointment of the existing external auditor. 4. Change of the company’s English and Chinese names.
