CYBERNAUT INT'L (01020) announced that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued shares of the target company, Newsbaba LTD, with the completion taking place on October 9, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the sale and purchase agreement. Following completion, the company will allot and issue preliminary consideration shares to the seller at the issue price, totaling 1.205 billion new shares.
