纽约高端住宅逆势领涨 全美房价增速持续放缓

最新发布的2025年6月全美房价指数报告揭示房地产市场分化趋势。数据显示,全美房价年增速放缓至2.7%,延续近期的降温态势。市场分析人士指出,这种温和增长或将促进供需平衡。
