CDB LEASING (01606) announced that as the buyer, it entered into an asset purchase agreement with the sellers (nine project companies wholly owned by Chint Digital Energy (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., including Guangde Jiatai New Energy Co., Ltd.) on December 16, 2025. According to the agreement, the sellers agreed to sell residential solar power stations and supporting equipment located in Guangdong and Anhui provinces to the buyer, with a total consideration of RMB1.21 billion.
