SY HOLDINGS (06069) announced that on December 19, 2025, Shenglong (an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Company), Shengye Factoring (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), and Ningbo Guofu (an associate of the Company) entered into a supplemental financing support agreement to facilitate Ningbo Guofu's business development and provide financing support for its supply chain finance operations.
