北京金隅集团股份有限公司（02009）8月28日在港交所发布公告称，为帮助投资者全面了解公司2026年半年度经营成果与财务状况，公司拟于2026年9月17日15:00至16:00，通过上海证券交易所“上证路演中心”（网址：https://roadshow.sseinfo.com/）以网络互动形式召开2026年半年度业绩说明会。
投资者可于9月10日至9月16日16:00前，通过上证路演中心首页“提问预征集”栏目或发送邮件至公司邮箱ir@bbmg.com.cn提交问题；公司将在说明会上就投资者普遍关注的事项予以回复。
届时，公司董事会秘书及相关业务部门负责人将出席会议。说明会结束后，投资者可登录上证路演中心查看会议回放及主要内容。
