Truly International Holdings Limited announced that Executive Director Cheung Wing Cheung has submitted his resignation, which will take effect on 31 July 2026. According to the Board, Cheung is stepping down to devote more time to personal affairs.

Cheung confirmed that he has no disagreements with the Board and is unaware of any matters that need to be brought to shareholders’ or the Stock Exchange’s attention regarding his departure.

The Board expressed its gratitude for Cheung’s contributions during his tenure.

As at the announcement date (30 July 2026), the Board comprises: • Executive Directors: Lam Wai Wah (Chairman), Wong Pong Chun, James, and Cheung Wing Cheung • Non-executive Directors: Song Bei Bei and Lam Po Chun, Jane • Independent Non-executive Directors: Chung Kam Kwong, Heung Kai Sing, and Cheung Wai Yin, Wilson
