福莱特玻璃于2026年5月21日发布公告，披露公司以场内方式回购H股股份375万股，占回购前公司已发行股份总数（不包括库藏股）的约0.16%。每股回购价格介乎每股7.91港元至8.02港元，合计耗资约29,931,730港元，折合约2,993.17万港元。此次回购完成后，公司H股发行数量调整为437,965,000股，库藏股数量为3,750,000股，总已发行股份数维持441,715,000股不变。
根据公告，福莱特玻璃于2026年5月12日通过购回授权，总可回购额为44,171,500股，此次回购数目占授权通过当日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的约0.85%。公司确认，所有回购交易已获得董事会正式批准，并遵守相关上市规则及法律法规。公告由董事及公司秘书阮泽云签署。
