Kingsmen Creatives names Linus Goh Ti Liang Independent Director and Remuneration Committee Chair

Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. announced on May, 11 2026 that Linus Goh Ti Liang has been appointed as an Independent Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of both the Audit and Nominating Committees, effective immediately.

The appointment follows the retirement of Tan Guan Hiang, who served as an Independent Director, Chairwoman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Nominating Committees until Apr, 30 2026.

After these changes, the board now comprises Executive Chairman Soh Siak Poh Benedict, Deputy Executive Chairman Simon Ong Chin Sim, Group Chief Executive and Executive Director Chong Siew Ling, Group Managing Director and Executive Director Alex Wee Huat Seng, Non-Executive Director Tan Cher Liang, and Independent Directors Loh Eu Tse Derek, Tan Chuan Lye and Linus Goh Ti Liang.

Committee leadership has also been updated: • Audit Committee – chaired by Tan Chuan Lye, with members Tan Cher Liang, Loh Eu Tse Derek and Linus Goh Ti Liang. • Nominating Committee – chaired by Loh Eu Tse Derek, with members Tan Chuan Lye, Linus Goh Ti Liang, Soh Siak Poh Benedict and Simon Ong Chin Sim. • Remuneration Committee – chaired by Linus Goh Ti Liang, with members Loh Eu Tse Derek and Tan Chuan Lye.

The company confirmed that Loh Eu Tse Derek, Tan Chuan Lye and Linus Goh Ti Liang remain independent for the purposes of Rule 704(8) of the Singapore Exchange Listing Manual.
