截至2025年9月30日止六个月，南旋控股收入为28.31亿港元，同比增长1.6%。经调整净利润（不含衍生金融工具相关收益/亏损）为3.36亿港元，同比上升12.6%。毛利率由上年同期的19.9%提升至21.6%。经营利润约4.10亿港元，对应经营利润率约14.5%，较去年同期的14.0%有所提高。经营活动产生的现金净额为2.62亿港元。
期间销售及分销开支由2100万港元增至3210万港元；一般及行政开支从1.74亿港元增至2.04亿港元，二者合计占收入比重略有上升。同期管理层继续关注营运效率并保持对成本的严格管控。
业务分项
男装及女装针织品收入约22.67亿港元，同比增长5.8%，销量提升3.9%，平均售价亦轻微上涨2.0%。羊绒纱线业务收入降至1.92亿港元，相比去年同期减少2.27亿港元。面料业务在运营控制方面有所改善，带动销售增长，对整体业绩的贡献度进一步提升。
