根据监管审查结果，企展控股在近两年半的证券交易操作中，未能满足《上市规则》中对交易透明度、及时披露及内部监控的多项具体规定。此次违规涉及公司在此期间进行的多笔证券买卖活动，监管机构强调上市公司必须严格遵循规则以维护市场秩序。
目前，港交所已要求企展控股就违规事项提交整改报告，并加强内部合规管控机制。公司表示将积极配合监管要求，完善相关流程，确保未来交易操作完全符合《上市规则》标准。
