Universal Health International Group (2211) Issues Proxy Form for 2025 Annual General Meeting

Universal Health International Group Holding Limited (Stock Code: 2211) has issued a proxy form for its Annual General Meeting. The meeting is scheduled for 11 December 2025 at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at No. 14-1 Bei Yi Zhong Road, Tiexi District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, PRC.

According to the proxy form, shareholders will be asked to receive and adopt the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025. They will also vote on the re-election of directors, including Mr. Chu Chuanfu as an executive director and Mr. Cheng Sheung Hing and Ms. Chiang Su Hui Susie as independent non-executive directors. The board will be empowered to fix the remuneration of all directors.

Additionally, there is a motion to re-appoint Forvis Mazars CPA Limited as auditors for the coming year, with the board authorized to set their remuneration. Shareholders will consider granting general mandates to the board to issue and repurchase shares, alongside a special resolution to amend the company’s articles of association. The proxy form must be lodged according to the specified procedures at the designated Hong Kong office at least 48 hours before the meeting. Shareholders are entitled to attend and vote in person or by proxy on the proposed resolutions.
