According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on January 22, a shareholder of Hengdeli (03389) deposited shares with Minyin Securities, with the deposited holdings valued at HK$83.4866 million, accounting for 13.26% of the shareholding.
Hengdeli's interim results for 2025 showed that the group achieved revenue of 314 million yuan, a decrease of 45.8% year-on-year; profit attributable to equity shareholders was 26.308 million yuan, compared to a loss of 2.504 million yuan in the same period last year; earnings per share were 0.006 yuan.
The announcement stated that the primary reason for the profit was a foreign exchange gain generated by operating units due to currency fluctuations.
