LEE'S PHARM (00950) announced that on May 11, 2026, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhaohe Hefei, the general partner Ruifu Bojian, and other limited partners entered into a limited partnership agreement. Under this agreement, the partners committed a total of RMB 200 million to the fund, with Zhaohe Hefei agreeing to contribute RMB 25 million, representing approximately 12.5% of the fund's interests. The fund's objective is to seek investments in non-listed entities within the life and health, biotechnology, and related upstream and downstream industries. This aligns with the company's business strategy of strengthening its operations through strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions in the pharmaceutical field. Investing in the fund is consistent with the group's core strategy of expanding its pharmaceutical and healthcare footprint through impactful partnerships and acquisitions. By subscribing to the limited partnership interests of the fund, the group gains indirect exposure to the high-growth potential of non-listed entities in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors, leveraging the general partner's deep industry expertise.
