中国淀粉控股有限公司（03838）于2026年10月6日发布公告，披露当日于香港联交所场内回购了1,000,000股普通股，占当时已发行股本约0.0176%。回购价格介乎每股0.17港元至0.179港元，累计耗资约17.52万港元。
根据公告，上述回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数降至5,667,077,043股，库藏股份数目增至143,415,000股，合计股本总数维持在5,810,492,043股。公司同时披露，本次回购依据2026年5月12日通过的回购授权进行，该授权可购回股份总数为596,449,204股，目前累计已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所回购股份273,515,000股，占回购授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）数目的4.5857%。本次回购后，新股发行或库藏股再出售、转让的暂止期将持续至2026年11月5日。
公告称，本次回购活动符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规要求。该公告由公司秘书梁兆康签署。
