中慧生物成立于2015年，是一家专注于人用疫苗研发、制造及商业化的生物科技企业。公司目前有两大核心产品备受关注，一款是已上市的四价流感病毒亚单位疫苗，另一款是处于在研阶段的冻干人用狂犬病疫苗。
财务概况
于2023年、2024年以及截至2024年及2025年3月31日止三个月，公司收入分别为人民币52.2百万元、人民币259.6百万元、人民币0.3百万元及人民币0.4百万元，全部来自四价流感病毒亚单位疫苗的销售。
于往绩记录期间，公司持续录得亏损，截至2023年及2024年12月31日止年度以及截至2024年及2025年3月31日止三个月，亏损及全面开支总额分别为人民币424.7百万元、人民币258.7百万元、人民币63.3百万元及人民币87.3百万元。
中慧生物表示，2024与2025年度第一季度录得的收入较低，原因为流感疫苗的销售受季节性波动影响，有关销售往往更集中在7月至9月。同期，研发成本分别为2.83亿元、2.06亿元、0.47亿元。
