京东方精电（00710.HK）于4月22日发布公告，拟向董事会授予一般授权，以在决议通过日后的一段期间内可回购最多相当于公司已发行股本10%的股份（不包括库存股份）。该计划有待公司于2026年6月25日举行的股东周年大会审议批准。
公告显示，京东方精电为百慕达注册的有限公司，并在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市。公司现有已发行股份总数为791,575,204股，如股东周年大会通过上述议案，公司最多可回购79,157,520股。根据公告，回购资金将依法从公司可合法用于派息或分派的资金及其他相关来源拨付，符合百慕达法例及香港上市规则的规定。
公司指出，此次股份购回旨在提升股东回报，并在适当时机对资本结构作出灵活调整。董事会认为，上述回购方案符合公司及全体股东的整体最佳利益。过去十二个月，京东方精电股价最高曾报8.83港元，最低报3.92港元。
根据公告，为审议并表决该事项，公司将于2026年6月18日至2026年6月25日期间暂停办理股份过户登记，期间不会登记任何股份过户。若相关议案于股东周年大会上获得通过，授权将自通过之日起生效，直至下届股东周年大会结束或被股东大会撤回或修订为止。
