China Risun Group Limited reported a further reduction in its free-float after repurchasing 319,000 ordinary shares on 28 September 2026. The transaction was executed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at prices ranging from HK$1.575 to HK$1.62 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$1.59049 and an aggregate outlay of HK$0.51 million.
Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0075% to 4.25 billion shares, while treasury shares increased to 205.33 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 4.45 billion, as the repurchased stock has been retained in treasury rather than cancelled.
The latest purchase forms part of the general buyback mandate approved at the 29 May 2026 annual general meeting, which authorises the repurchase of up to 427.86 million shares (10% of the issued share base at that time). To date, 29.76 million shares—equivalent to 0.70% of the mandate limit—have been repurchased under this authorisation.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, China Risun is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals following the 28 September transaction, ending on 28 October 2026.
