Tailam Tech Construction Holdings Limited (6193) has announced that Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) Mr. Cui Yu Shu will step down from his role on 31 October 2025, including his positions on the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees. He is leaving to allocate more time to personal commitments. According to the company, there is no disagreement with the board regarding his resignation, and no other matters require attention.

Mr. Cui’s responsibilities will be assumed by newly appointed INED Mr. Wong Kit Wai, who will also join the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees on the same effective date. Mr. Wong, aged 56, brings over two decades of corporate and financial management expertise, having held senior roles at several listed companies. He currently serves as the chief financial officer and company secretary of Hing Kee (HK) Holdings Limited (0396). His professional credentials include fellow memberships with CPA Australia, The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, and The Chartered Governance Institute.

Under a three-year appointment, Mr. Wong will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$120,000 in his first year, in line with the company’s standard remuneration framework for INEDs. The company confirms that Mr. Wong meets the independence criteria under relevant listing rules and has no financial or other interests in the business of the group.
