中集安瑞科(03899)宣布，根据截至2025年12月31日止年度的业绩，董事会建议派发末期股息每股0.31港元，须待2026年5月20日召开的股东大会批准后方可实施。该股息的除净日为2026年5月28日，股东于2026年5月29日16时30分前递交有效过户登记文件可参与是次股息分派。
其中，暂定于2026年6月1日至2026年6月4日暂停办理股份过户登记，股东名册将于2026年6月4日登记在册。股息派发日为2026年6月29日。
公司指出，根据相关法规，对非居民企业股东派发的2025年末期股息将代扣代缴10%的企业所得税。上述安排包括未来年度的股息分派，详情可参阅公司于2026年3月24日发布的公告。
