Aug 14

China Wood International Holding Co., Limited has initiated a non-underwritten rights issue, offering one rights share for every one existing share held on the record date of 13 August 2026. The subscription price is set at HK$0.077 per rights share, representing the full amount payable upon acceptance.

Shareholders traded ex-rights from 5 August 2026. Nil-paid rights shares will be tradable on the Stock Exchange between 18 August 2026 and 25 August 2026, inclusive. Acceptances and payment for the provisional allotments must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:00 p.m. on 28 August 2026.

The rights issue is conditional on the requirements outlined in the prospectus and is expected to become unconditional by 4:00 p.m. on 9 September 2026. Subject to these conditions, share certificates for fully paid rights shares are scheduled to be dispatched by ordinary post on or before 15 September 2026.

Rights shares, in both nil-paid and fully-paid forms, have applied for listing and permission to deal on the Stock Exchange. Upon approval and compliance with HKSCC admission rules, they will be eligible for deposit, clearance and settlement in CCASS.

Investors should note that dealings in existing shares or nil-paid rights shares before the issue becomes unconditional carry the risk that the transaction may not be completed if the rights issue does not proceed.
