ENTERPRISE DEV (01808) announced that on April 14, 2026, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Enterprise Edge Computing (the lender), entered into a loan agreement with the borrower (Sailong Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.). Under the agreement, Beijing Enterprise Edge Computing will provide a loan facility with a maximum principal amount of RMB 100 million, carrying an annual interest rate of 3% and a term of 12 months.
